A Door Liner is the basis of an internal door frame. Broadleaf door liners are made from 28mm solid European oak.

They are available in standard sizes and made to measure - in the latter case the timber is side by side laminated for stability, and can be supplied up to 800mm wide.
They are available in a choice of Cottage (more rustic) or Elegance (less rustic) grades

A standard door liner is 132mm and is supplied un-notched to be cut in situ. It includes 1/2" Slamming Strips. N
otched liners are also available but will require exact aperture measurements.

For natural stone or brick apertures, we can also supply
Rustic Jumbo Liners which are Ex 3" x 2" solid oak.

The Plinth Block marries skirting to architrave. The Broadleaf range includes simple square edged or a more formal chamfered blocks in 125mm &170mm and chamfered plinth blocks in 210mm, all to to suit 72mm architrave. Other dimensions can be made to measure if required.

Fitting Tips

Door liners
should be fixed using rawl plugs and screws which can be covered either with plugs or the slamming strip (if positioned correctly). Slamming Strips should be nail fixed after pilot drilling and then punched back and filled.
Smaller Plinth Blocks can be fixed with suitable adhesive, but we recommend that larger ones be fixed using screws and plugs.
