From the M4, exit at J18 and follow the signs into Bath. When you come down the hill into the city, take the right hand exit of the (London Rd) roundabout towards the town centre. This is the A4.

Continue straight on for about a mile, past Safeway and over the major traffic lights at the A36 junction. At the next mini roundabout, bear left towards the town centre into Walcot St.

Broadleaf is number 136, and is on the left hand side about 250m down. It is painted Terracotta !

There is convenient parking in the Podium Car Park under Waitrose about 300m further down on the left.
