Chateau is a striking,
traditional design, reeded on the face, framed & ledged
on the rear, and featuring an authentic blunt Tudor arch
on both
the door and internal perimeter of the frame. The outer perimeter of the frame remains straight.
A
raised weather bead around the perimeter of the
face becomes a drip sill at the foot, and the frame
has a stub sill which is adjusted to be able to take a 'Stormguard' cill - in this case the bottom of the door will need to be trimmed in situ.
For a true medieval feel, hand
forged door studs can be fixed to the face of the
door after fitting. |
