These doors are 6'6" in height and 40mm thick. They feature a generous 18mm solid oak wear strip which allows lateral adjustment of up to 10mm (3/4”) each side and will also house a mortise lock & hinges and accommodate a rebate for pairs of doors. The height can be adjusted by up to 25mm at the top and 50mm at the bottom (75mm in total).
FD30 Fire doors are available in 4 and 6 panel designs in 2'6" and 2.9". These are 44mm thick.
Bespoke sized doors are available in all designs up to 1000mm x 2100mm.
Unless ordered prefinished, doors are supplied machine sanded to be sealed in situ. After fitting, sand lightly with a 150 grit paper and seal with a suitable finish. We recommend Broadleaf Hardwax Oil.
