Broadleaf Light Brushed & Burned Oak boards range from those
which are only slightly burned at the edges to those which
have definite burning at the edges and traces of burning
towards their centre.
With a touch of colour and a rich patina they retain the golden
hues of new oak and blend comfortably into
most styles of décor be they modern
or traditional. Light Brushed & Burned is ideal if you want texture & depth of
tone but not too
much
colour.
This product is available in a choice of a Traditional solid board and Strata, our 100% Oak engineered board in a choice of widths (see product specifications for details) most of which are suitable for use over under-floor heating.
In terms of finishing, this is one of the few occasions when creating an authentic
effect is less work rather than more ! Brushed & Burned boards
obviously do not require sanding and are ideally suited to an easy to apply,
traditional Hardwax Oil finish.
