Broadleaf Cottage Oak features plenty of natural colour variation and character and creates a warm lively floor which complements comfortable styles of décor such as cottages, family rooms or barn conversions.

Cottage boards contain larger and smaller knots and some paler sapwood on the top face. Traditional solid boards are available in a choice of 105mm, 150mm & 200mm boards, some of which can be prepared for use over under-floor heating. Cottage is also now available in a Strata board, Broadleaf's unique 100% Oak engineered board, in 150mm & 200mm both of which can be floated and used over under-floor heating. All boards are tongue and grooved all round.

All widths are supplied sanded and filled but can also be pre-finished or undercoated with traditional style Hardwax Oil if you prefer. An undercoat of stain is also available - Broadleaf Ageing Oil is ideal to create an older looking floor
