• 105mm boards are suitable for secret nailing to battens or a timber subfloor or glue fixing to a level concrete subfloor using Bonakemi S760 in normal conditions, or Sika T54 / 52 over UFH.
• 150mm Traditional solid boards can be secret nailed to battens or a timber subfloor or glue fixed to a level concrete subfloor using Sika T54 / T52. Glue fixing is not recommended over under-floor heating
• 150mm Strata boards can be secret nailed to battens or a timber subfloor, glue fixed to a level concrete subfloor using Sika T54 / T52 or floated over a fibreboard underlay.
• 200mm Strata boards can be secret nailed to a timber subfloor, glue fixed to a level concrete subfloor using Sika T54 / T52 or floated over a fibreboard underlay.

• 105mm and 150mm Traditional solid boards must be re -kilned for use over underfloor heating - this must be specified at time of order. Strata boards can be used over under-floor heating without rekilning.
• As Brushed boards are textured they do not need sanding before sealing.
• For a traditional style finish which will develop patina over time, Brushed boards should be finished with Broadleaf Hardwax Oil.
